Academy Day

Students attend five one hour lessons every day according to the times below. On Monday all teaching staff are involved in training and meetings during the first and last parts of the day.

All students are encouraged to attend Breakfast Club and they are able to have free toast and hot drinks, and to use computer facilities and supervised study areas to engage in their independent learning, homework and coursework.

Also the Resource Centre is open at the start and the end of the Academy day for a quiet place to do their homework.

Extra-curricular clubs include a variety of sports, music, drama, performance and general interest clubs.

In addition, some students are able to have one to one tuition during either Breakfast Club or Homework club depending on their age and ability level.
